Our Founder

Orifie Uyo is a dynamic, driven, solutions - provider with a keen inclination towards continuous improvement of people, processes and programs. With her excellent analytical and strategy development skills, as well as, the ability to understand, simplify and do what she likes to call - connecting the dots - she focuses on building people as she believes that individuals build families, families build organizations and nations, and nations build the world.

Orifie is also a positive disruptor in the educational space; she is the pioneer of a new model secondary education in Nigeria, it is based on an individualized mix of Social, Emotional, Academic and Life/Leadership learner-led pedagogy, with the start-up of Nigeria's premier Montessori Adolescent center, The Archersfield Montessori Academy in Abuja.

With over 15 years experience as a communicator, problem solver, possessing well-developed skills in strategy development, research and analysis as well as qualifications and certifications in Law, Business Consultancy, Career analysis and consulting, life-coaching, Emotional Intelligence, Career consultancy, Neuro-linguistic programming, Child psychology, Career design (Stanford University) and a Certified Directress in Montessori 12 - 18 Diploma.

She is based in Abuja, where she works and lives with her husband. She is a Life Strategist, world-changer, and a people builder, building leaders and nations and affecting lives for the better in Nigeria, Africa and beyond.
