With over 15 years of experience in strategy development, communication, research, and human development, she brings depth, clarity, and innovation to the educational space. Her strength lies in what she calls “connecting the dots,” the ability to simplify complex systems and design meaningful solutions that empower individuals.

As the pioneer of a new model of secondary education in Nigeria, Orifie founded Archersfield Montessori Academy to deliver an individualized blend of social, emotional, academic, and life/leadership education. Her approach goes beyond traditional schooling, focusing on building confident, self-aware, and purpose-driven adolescents.
